Directions & Office Location for Party Time Productions

Jeff Richards would love to meet with you in person and discuss your dreams of the perfect wedding reception. He can either meet with you in the privacy of your home when it is convenient to you, or you can join him in his home office in Lakeville, MN.

Directions from the North of Lakeville:

1. Take either 35W or 35E south.
2. In Bloomington the two will combine to form 35 going south.
3. We are approximately 6 miles past were the two 35's join together.
4. You will pass the ski resort "BUCK HILL" along with Gander Mountain and a HOM store. On the left side of 35 you will see the Target Super store.
5. You will need exit #84 (right hand exit) this is also known as 185th Street.
6. At the bottom of the exit, turn right at the light onto 185th Street.
7. Travel only about 100 yards to the first stop light. (Kenyon Ave.)
8. Turn Right onto Kenyon Ave.
9. Follow this around a couple curves past a wooded area and 185th on your right and an open wet land on your left. On your left going around a curve will then be a new Apartment building.
10. You will now be along side 35 but going north.
11. On the left will be the Prairie Lake Lodges Town homes. (Approximately 100 feet)
12. Turn left into Prairie Lake Lodge Town homes. (this is Kerrville Trail)
13. On the left will be a set of town homes then a small wooded area then another set of town homes.
14. Turn left at this set of town homes. (facing wooded area) We are the third drive way.

Directions from the South of Lakeville:

1. Take 35 north to the 185th street exit (as if you were going to the Super Target.
2. At the light of 185th turn left and proceed under the 35 bridge. At the bridge there is a light, follow straight to the 2nd set of lights. (100 yards)
3. Turn Right onto Kenyon Ave.
4. Follow this around a couple curves past a wooded area and 185th on your right and an open wet land on your left. . On your left going around a curve will then be a new Apartment building.
5. You will now be along side 35 but going north.
6. On the left will be the Prairie Lake Lodges Town homes. (Approximately 100 feet)
